I was a little hesitant to sign up for GGS especially with being in menopause. I have lost some weight and several inches but I have been most please with the knowledge I have gained with my nutrition which has been one of my weaknesses. My coach, Ellysia is amazing and I couldn't have made my changes with out her. She has empathy, encouraging, and so knowledgeable.
