I have followed GGS on social media for a few years. I love all the material they have available to help you reach whatever your goals are. I recently did the coaching program and really benefited from it. I loved how my coach was able to get to know me and help me reach my goals. There is so much information out there nowadays, but since GGS is actually for and by women, they know exactly what we're going through and how to help us.
