I am in the process of completing the GGS Menopause Coaching Certification and I can’t recommended it enough. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I learned esp about coaching this demographic (which I am in ). No matter how many years of coaching (23 years) and education I’ve taken, there is always more to learn.
I think anyone that plans to coach this demographic (40+) needs to take this course. You will be a much better coach for yourself and your clients because of it.
