I am a 52 year old male who has been in the Health and Fitness Industry since 1988. I am a Allied Health Professional (Nutritionist and Exercise Scientist) who has spent most of my working life dedicated to the world of body composition change. So why am i completing and absolutely wrapped in the Menopause specialist Certification? Simply, to make a real tangible difference and be able to actively support the important ladies in my life. My wife is my world. And to have seen her absolutely stuggle hideously mentally, physically and emotionally whilst transitiong through her unique journey has really challenged me to want to become better educated and have the most effective skiils and tools to enable my wife to feel best served to manage the ups and downs of the menopause flux. I have been absolutely delighted with the quality of education provided. The subject matter covered is broad and very relative. The information can be complex and in depth but yet its technical nature is conveyed in such a manner that one can enjoy and understand. I enjoy the way the information is layed out and presented with key points highlighted and often discussed both in text and online in the dashboard. Look honestly put simply, if you are indeed looking for a reputable course with safe and effective science base, yet conveyed in a language and format that you can enjoy and actually understand and then convey to the lovely ladies in your life this is indeed the course i would recommend to you all. And not just the lovely ladies of the world, but yes us fellas as well. We all can beneift from knowing more about the decline in sex hormones and how they truly do effect the lives on the special women in our lives.
