It is incredibly frustrating to be completely ignored by a company's customer service department after trying to contact for multiple times. As a customer, I expect a basic level of support and assistance when I want customer service to honor a previous agreement. Unfortunately, my experience with Glacier Hobbies has shown me that they have a complete disregard for their customers and their concerns.
