It's been 1.5 years and I still haven't received my item. Placed a pre order April 2022; item was released Sept 2022. It is Oct 2023. OVER A YEAR. They have not sent me the item. I could've bought it on discount on some other site for cheaper since it's been out a year, but I still haven't received my order. They scammed me for 285 dollars. There is no phone number to call, only an email address. They don't respond to their emails. Would never order from them again and I am telling all my friends never to order from them.
