It took a week for me to get a shipping confirmation. Ironically this was only a couple days after I sent an email about my order not being shipped. It then took a couple more days for it to actually start moving via UPS. I got my items so I won't give you one star, but I wish there was more communication with myself about my order. Especially when I asked about it.
