This is the first of 3 five star reviews I’m going to write to make up for the one star review I left earlier for the reasons explained here. I didn’t know about their delays when I first ordered so I sent an email and a status request. Neither of these received a reply so I became a little annoyed then my package arrived and one of the items was wrong. I contacted them immediately and left the review kind of upset. It turns out they had not received my email or status request and provided me with proof with a screenshot of their email searches with my address. They immediately apologized for the mix-up and said they would ship out the correct kit and I would not be required to ship the other one back. These guys are really great and we’re quick to remedy the situation. I feel really bad for leaving the bad review in the first place based on a misunderstanding so I’ll be leaving multiple good reviews to try and not only balance it out, but bring their overall score up because they deserve it!
