Liem responded very quickly to my email regarding my order status. He promptly addressed the shipping delay and my item was shipped within 1-2 business days after my inquiry. It took about a week to ship. I paid $10 for shipping. When my item arrived the box was damaged. The corner is badly crumbled. I took a few photos and emailed them to Liem with my concern. He did not respond. I find the lack of response to be a bit concerning. I would hope the owner would make things right with at least a discount coupon. I bought this item as a present and I’m deeply disappointed by the damaged product. I hope Liem does better for future customers, I will not be purchasing from Glacier Hobbies again.
