Took almost two years to receive my figure. Shop did not respond to emails, direct messages on social media, or comments on posts requesting status updates. Eventually I wanted a refund and could not get one because they still would not respond.
Purchased from Glacier because they initially had a good reputation, but never again. Delays are one thing - failure to respond to multiple customer inquiries is entirely another.
