Ordered my stuff on 11/28 and the courier still hasn’t received the product. Sent an email and also messaged through the website but still no response. I checked google and this store seems notorious for not responding, not issuing refunds and straight up taking money from customers. I will wait another week before I reach out to my credit card company. I ordered gunpla from other stores on 11/28 and I’ve ready received them last week. Even my order from JAPAN came faster than this store. If they at least replies to messages I would be more understanding. It is safe to say I will never order from here again.
