Ordered as a Christmas present a number of item. The main item was delayed. When it arrived it was too small so I returned it at my own expense. The 2nd ring came back too small and felt exactly the same size. It to was returned and I asked its size to be checked with no reply. They sent a ring sizer when I took pics and a vid of applied. I asked the 2nd ring to be checked for size as I felt it was the same size as the initial ring. They now have my ring and after numerous emails won’t reply. Disappointing service. It’s now the 13th Feb and my girlfriend still hasn’t worn her main Christmas present.
