Could not get answer on phone and online chat said contact by email,did this and requested alternative item,was promised this would arrive in two days.No chance,five days later emailed company reply was problem with Royal Mail.Having at last received the item and looking at the tracking record I was being fed incorrect info.Dont deal with this company.
