Aggressive and rude manager at Wroclaw Airport. My wife questioned him about waiting a long time at the kiosk because there were no staff present. He threatened to cancel our car hire if she did not shut up. 5 days after returning to the UK we received a mail to say that they were deducting money from our deposit because there was no petrol in the car. We filled up 3 km from the airport and left the receipt in the car as proof. This is a scam. They do this to all foreign tourists. After returning to their home countries they receive fraudulent bills about petrol, valeting g, scratches etc. Read Trustpilot before you book.
