I ordered my Pyrahna Machno online, it was delivered within the time frame expected. Unfortunately, the boat had a badly dented nose on delivery. I called Go Kayaking and spoke to Andy who couldn't have been more helpful. I was offered another boat straight away but in a different colour or I could have a full refund as my original blue wasn't available in my size. I didn't want the colour available but Andy asked me to wait as he wanted to try speaking to Pyrahna direct to see if there was any possibility of me getting the boat I wanted in the colour I had picked. I was amazed and delighted to be told that he had managed to source me what I needed. I received the first boat on a Tuesday, returned it on a Wednesday and had my new boat delivered on Friday. This is the BEST customer service I have ever received and I am extremely grateful for the extra effort that the GO KAYAKING team put into getting me my Kayak. 110 % guys and thanks again I will be back for any future Kayaking needs as will my friends .
