Ordered goods online but ordered wrong size. Telephoned to ask for the next size to be put aside for collection / swap, but was told this was not policy. I would say the person I spoke with should really be kept away from customers until he matures. Called into the shop, and the girl on reception was very helpful and cheerful, a credit to your business. I've given 4 stars due to the girl at reception. Would have been 5 but for the unhelpful chap on the telephone. There is another canoe shop within 30mins of your runcorn shop. The chap who answered the phone when I first called will cost you business
