A friend had been paddling my boat and his last activity threw him right out of the boat in a pool session. Unbeknown to either of us the thigh brace had become loose as he’d managed to separate two of the fir tree rivets (as I now know them). I phoned Go Kayaking as I had bought the boat there, even though it is 200 miles from home. Ellen answered the phone, asked for photos of the parts. A short while later she responded, telling me the parts would be in the post after the weekend. I asked how much the parts would be and was pleasantly surprised when she told me they were free as part of their customer service. The registered parcel arrived a couple of days later. Perfect.
