Plants are always first class quality. Used to be better value and it's a shame that their prices have risen. Saying that, there are lots of offers and free gifts. Delivery is quick. I've taken a star off purely because of delivery. Despite on the last two orders it clearly stated please leave by back door (which is a really short distance from front door), they were both times left on front step. Luckily I managed to see the delivery on one occasion and got him to take them to the back, but one time I had to do it myself. I'm disabled with arthritis, walk with a stick and find moving heavy boxes hard work. So if they get delivery to actually read the instructions I'll definitely give 5 stars.
