Purchased a rose which sadly arrived upside down in the box, with just a dust of compost clinging to the poor roots. I gave them a call and they were so helpful and sent another one within a couple of days. The second one arrived covered in stickers to avoid confusion over the orientation of the box! Lovely healthy rose. Thank you 👍🏼
