I was diagnosed with Hidradenitis suppurativa in 2018. I’ve seen several Dermatologists and have been on many different medications. I started using Gotucream Jan. 10, 2023 on a reoccurring flare up that had been flared for about 3 days at the time. I also noticed a new spot closer to my buttocks. I begin applying this cream twice a day on both spots and to my surprise, that new one was gone within three to four days. However, the reoccurring one had already ready been very active before me starting the Gotucream, so it took a little longer for me to notice any changes with it. After about a week or so, it had finally cleared up. By the time I went to see my Derm in April for a routine check up, I wasn’t experiencing any flare ups and I hadn’t had any since Jan. I mentioned to her that I’ve recently tried this cream that I had seen being advertised in a Hidradenitis support group that I follow on Social Media. Though, my Derm wasn’t too familiar with the Gotucream, neither have she heard of it. But she looked at the ingredients in it and felt that, since it wasn’t doing me any harm or causing me any side effects and had seem to be working for me, I should continue using it. And til this very day, 12/06/2023, as soon as I feel the smallest knot or bump anywhere on or around my groin and buttocks area, I restart my Gotucream routine to prevent any major flare ups. Which usually leave me in excruciating pain and discomfort and at times, even unable to walk. This cream, for me, is awesome and based off of my own experiences with it, I recommend the Gotucream to any and everyone who’s suffering from Hidradenitis Suppurative.
