Sadly, our Hare Lamp arrived broken twice - G&G customer service were amazing, sent out a new one 3 times (3rd time lucky) - the third time was after they personally checked it was okay and adding some additional packaging to make sure it stayed okay! Love the lamp and will be definitely be shopping at G&G again for sure!
