Ordered some fireside items which arrived promptly and beautifully and carefully packaged. I had not realised there was a brush in 2 of the items so needed to return one. Items were good quality. Returns process was very easy. Good communication via email and phone from customer service. Very helpful and polite. We did an exchange and new item again arrived promptly, lovely quality swan head and very well packed. Excellent customer service.
