We bought a linen Duchess chair to match the Duke chair. Although we had to wait for this to come back into stock, once it did the turnaround of the order was excellent. The website kept being updated as to when the chair was due back in so there were no unfulfilled expectations nor lack of communication. We received the chair in a few days (less than advised) and the delivery was superb. The price of the chair was great, and the service excellent. The chair complements the rest of the furniture. I could not fault any part of this transaction and will definitely be purchasing from Graham & Green again
