We ordered a mirror which unfortunately arrived smashed. G&G were great, especially Natalie who checked stock and arranged a refund as no stock was due. Customer service was excellent. We have ordered several things over the years from G&G and when the mirror comes back to stock we will try again. Whilst the product didn’t meet expectations on this occasion, the support and speed of refund made up for it. A great team.
