First time buying online from you and I have to say you get a BIG five star rating from myself... and the husband! Emailing you to ask about an item that was out of stock you got back to me the same day to advise me to ‘request when back in stock’ and also gave me an estimated date. Lo and behold, when said item became availabIe in popped an email to say order away and... almost to the date you had estimated. There was a SLIGHT delay with delivery times (the age we live in with Covid/Brexit) but again, prompt reply on me emailing to say it was really needed on a certain day and swift, safe delivery followed! I keep sneaking a look at your website to see if anything else catches my eye – something always does so I’ve no doubts I’ll be ordering again from you in the future!
