A home-delivery order sadly arrived broken but G&G immediately arranged for me to pick up s replacement from their goods out warehouse (at my request) and very speedily refunded the delivery charge. I was especially impressed by both the person I spoke to on the ‘phone and the warehouse manager I dealt with when I picked up my order. The product (urchin jug in blue) is brilliant, by the way!!!
