I am a regular customer and this wad the first time I’ve ever had to return or exchange anything from G&G so was unsure how to do it. I called and spoke to Natalie and she made the process very easy. Natalie ordered the new shade in the correct size and emailed me the returns label to send back the one I wanted to exchange. I have since received the shade and it’s perfect. Thank you.
