Ordered a lamp, it arrived broken despite what looked like decent packaging. I emailed G&G with a photo. They confirmed that they would replace it, and sent out a new one. It was all managed quickly and with no problems. We now have the new lamp and its great. Very happy with how it was handled and would order again.
