I collected my item from the warehouse where the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’d give the staff 5 stars. The after sales email updates prior to collecting seemed very well organised and informative. However, the address and postcode on the emails takes you to the opposite side, of the big warehouse, to where the actual entrance and parking for customer collections is. There is a handwritten note on the back door telling you to go round to the front of the building but this is too small to see unless you’ve parked and approached the door by foot. I had a large item to collect and it would have been be too far to walk around the outside of the premises. The after sales service would have been spot on, if the email communications had explained and given more details about finding them. Maybe giving the address and postcode for the customer collections side of the building would work better.
