Excellent product - draught excluder. The inner is stuffed with pea gravel which makes it weighty but still malleable to get more snugly against the door compared to those filled with polyester. Therefore great design for the job it's meant to do ie block the gap at bottom of door and stop cold draughts. Found the product online after lots of searching and not quite finding a suitable product. The stores are not near me, so I rang customer services to ask about how malleable it was. They were very helpful and checked the system for a store where it was in stock, and gave me their phone number so I could call and ask. No problem getting through to either customer services or the store. Member of store staff very helpful and went off to squeeze the draught excluder so could discuss further with me!! And as I said before it's a great product. More pricey than many others I'd looked at but very good quality and excellent design.
