I received my Mr Darcy Rabbit. Unfortunately he was broken. I called customer services who informed me they were awaiting new stock. I’ve never had such a marvellous experience with customer service support before. So helpful and friendly. And my new Mr Darcy was sent out as soon as new stock was received. Yes 100% I would recommend this company!!
