Ordered an item on line but was faulty on delivery. Telephoned the company and Lucy the Customer Service Advisor dealt with my issue on the phone followed with a confirmation email. Lucy arranged a replacement which arrived promptly the next day, earlier than expected -and that was during the Christmas rush. Very satisfied.
