Update on below Graham and Greene have responded positively to my initial comments and I have amended my rating as a result of how they dealt with my issue. Hats off to you all, it’s how a company behaves when things go slightly wrong that puts them above other companies who couldn’t care less. As a result I have ordered more from you ? Initial comment Ordered mirrors they came in time and well packaged but the item had a completely different price tag than what I had paid. They did give me the difference but would not honour 10% discount for signing up as a new client. Was not my fault they had not changed price tag but then I was ignored.
