I ordered the photo frame as a gift for my cousin. Parcelforce delivered to her when she was at home but they did not ring the bell or knock and just took the parcel to her local post office leaving no card as to where it was. Your Oliver did a very good job tracing where the parcel was and keeping me informed. But I had to do two visits to her local post office before the parcel was released to me. I had to take TWO passport or driving lic3nce IDs ( hers and mine). She is a young mum with babies so I didn’t want her to have the bother of going to the Post office herself when it was my gift. So a very nice and loving act turned into a real pain. She loves the gift.
