I purchased a lamp. On arrival one piece didn't fit as I thought it should. I contacted the customer service team who couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for the new piece to be delivered. On arrival it fitted but the lamp just wasn't right for what I wanted. My fault, nothing to do with the product. I again contacted Lisa in customer service who couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for the now 2 parcels to be returned. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you.
