My boyfriend bought these for me during an extremely strict diet for medical reasons, no gluten, no wheat, no refined sugar, no yeast and certain veg. I really struggled with not being able to eat anything sweet and Grandma Crunch saved the day, this cereal made me so happy as it was something I could eat!! Thank you!! Also as someone that has ADHD, I recently found out that refined sugars and carbs in general aren’t good for me as it gives me a spike in quick release energy, which I don’t need! So this cereal doesn’t spike me sugar levels - AMAZING!! Cannot praise this enough.
