I love this cereal! I'm following a keto diet and it's perfect as a meal or as a snack in the evening with or without unsweetened almond milk. My favourite is the coconut, I could eat it all day! Plus ordering is easy and the delivery arrived on time even though I accidentally put the wrong post code!
