Honestly the best cereal I have ever had. Including any cereal I had pre-keto!
I had the cinnamon one in a krave kit, and loved it so much I went on to buy both the cinnamon and the chocolate flavoured ones. They are prefect dry and a snack and with milk. They are not too sweet, and they soak up the milk just right!
