I quite like them. Not perfect but the closest thing to honey pops with low carbs. You should manage expectations. This is not your standard cereal. I got the variety pack. so far, I have tried 3 flavours (cocoa, peanut butter brownie and cinnamon). Cocoa and peanut butter are almost identical. Although I love cinnamon, it has a bitter aftertaste. I haven't tried coconut yet. Crunch is really good if eaten straight from the box..when added in liquid like milk it becomes soft quickly. One negative thing is the sweetener. Artificial sucralose is the worst choice when there are other better and natural sweeteners like erythritol, allulose or monk fruit. Sucralose has a questionable glycemic index and other potentially harmful side effects. For this reason, I'm going to think twice when purchasing next time.
