Wasn't quite sure what to expect to be honest, but had been failing miserably to manage my protein intake without completely 'over carbing' - this is briliant! I am very impressed and, because the balance is better to start the day, I am not as hungry later on - the fact that it is really easy (no prep required!) makes it a winner in my mind :)
