I have just received my second order of a supply of Grandma Crunch. Cereal & milk have been a fave combo of mine since childhood. I have found Grandma Crunch to be an easy way to satisfy this lifelong love whilst successfully hitting my overall food macros targets for maximum gains! It's nice to keep a supply on hand and I particularly enjoy a bowl of Grandma Crunch with milk as a great post workout snack!
