For me, as an American, breakfast cereal is something you eat with milk as a meal and an easy snack during the day. Grandma Crunch smells great in the box, and it tastes pretty darn good as a meal with milk. But don't snack it straight out of the box. It has a nasty (after-)taste. I was very disappointed with my first order of Grandma Crunch because of that. But now I treat grandma Crunch strictly as a breakfast cereal, 31 grams with some oat milk, and it ticks all the boxes / takes care of my macros! So - good product, but you may have to tweak your mindset and expectations to really enjoy it
