I'm 62 yrs old, a former dancer in the theater, and now a Zumba instructor who teaches 7 classes a week. I've bought now 2 pairs of orthopedic type of sneakers from G-Defy, and they are a life saver for my feet pain (right foot suffers from hallux limitus, and right foot is overcoming Achilles Tendonitis - I also have torn meniscus on both knees, but thus far, with the help of gel shot for one knee, and a couple of PRP shots for my feet, icing, knee/ankle braces, AND G-Defy sneakers for walking, I'm still able to teach high intensity Zumba, lol!). I've not yet "danced/taught Zumba" with my G-Defy sneakers, as the ones I currently have are designed mainly for walking and are of an orthodic nature, but I'm going to try to buy those that are for "fitness" and try them out for teaching, because they are just incredibly comfortable - you feel like you're walking on the clouds. Love, love them and highly recommend them!!
