My only complaints are the inconsistency of the length of the shoelaces (some are plenty long, others barely long enough to tie) and what seems to be the inconsistency in the sizing of the shoes (I wish I could try them on in a store before buying instead of ordering them online). Otherwise, the shoes are wonderful -- they really do ease pain and make it so much more comfortable to walk and stand. I've stocked up a bit on these because I do not want to be without them. One day I stupidly stood practically all day in my house slippers and the next day I didn't think I was going to be able to walk at all because my feet were in so much pain. I put on my Gravity Defyer Energiya shoes and was able to stand and walk comfortably all day! I really appreciated having them to relieve my pain and allow me to function. They are fantastic!
