Absolutely the worse customer service. Be aware, there is not a real human you can talk to. When you call cust service the voice recording states they cannot help you now and to call back. The online system will not accept an exchange and tells you to call Customer Service. What a joke! I made 5 attempts for an exchange in size......I'm returning the product.
