I am updating my previous review of Gravity Defy. It is sad that I had to give them a poor review on the website in order to receive my shoes, however since I did. Give them a poor review. I received my shoes today therefore I am writing you at a three in the past I would’ve given you a five out of five because I love Gravity Defy and I have never had any problems until recently. I do plan to continue ordering as I love the shoes and they are the best shoes I’ve ever found for my feet. My husband loves your shoes please. I can’t urge you enough to get your customer service straightened out. thank you for shipping my order and in the future, please have your customer service answer the phone to help customers with their orders.
