I’m sorry to let you know that in the end the customer service was awful. And most concerning is the the rep did not know about the technology, was not familiar with the contents that are sent with the products sent and when I asked her if she knew the answer to the question I was asking she hung up on me. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer. If you’re interested in wanting to know what my question is feel free to call or email. Otherwise I’m moving on
