I have been wearing gravity defyer for 12 years and I do like the technology. However your exchange policy and return policy on your website is very difficult. I've never had to exchange or return gravity to fire until this last purchase where I bought some sandals for my husband that were on sale. There was no way to exchange them for a smaller size on your website and I was told that we would have to pay the retail price on the exchange which is ridiculous! Because of this horrible experience that went on with customer service for days (it's impossible to reach them by phone only by email). I am not going to be purchasing gravity defyer any longer! I buy almost everything online and have never had such an awful experience with a return or exchange. I really did want to get the sandals that I bought in a smaller size in another color and it did show that they were available with those options but it did not give me the exchange option on the return part of the website - even though the inventory showed these sandals were available!
