I ordered two bone china Dunoon mugs which arrived in perfect condition. They were shipped promptly and would have arrived within a couple of weeks in Salt Lake City and to my home here from UK.
Unfortunately, Fedex shipped them to the wrong house address which was extremely stressful. This was problematic but eventually resolved after a few days.
I am 100% happy with Great British Brands. I spoke to a lovely person about the lost delivery and am really happy that I received them.
