The reason I have given only one star, was the fact, that as a customer I was misled, and I was not notified, that my order cannot be delivered to P O Box address. After I was notified by FedEx, that my package cannot be delivered because there is wrong address, I have sent an email to you, but I have never received the answer!!! I finally talk to the manager of the FedEx location, and explained the situation, that you are not responding, and I have asked if I can pick up my package in person. I finally was able to do so, but because of all unnecessary delay, I was not able to give the gift to my grandchildren on time for their Birthday. I am very disappointed customer!!!
